You will be charged with driving plan growth through promotion and selling, along with handling all the back-office admin, care and handling of accurate data and liaising with patients and insurers.

Key areas of responsibility can include:

• Promoting plans and registering new clients
• Processing insurance claims
• Communicating with clients and insurers
• Customer care and experience
• Client and pet relationships
• Obtaining/Sending medical notes
• Taking payments and processing refunds
• Knowledge of vaccination, flea and worming treatments according to protocol
• General administration
