Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an Operations Manager to join their expanding Management Team, supporting the business owners in driving the practice forward with a particular emphasis on the management, leadership and development of the staff. The person will act as the communication between management and the team, having an oversight into the day to day running of the practice, identifying potential problems and seeking to resolve them.
The successful person will be a great all rounder who is able to lead and inspire those around them, motivating team members and building team morale. They will be responsible for key areas of staff management including the handling of appraisals, identifying and arranging training needs, sorting out rotas and setting team goals & initiatives.
The person must have a strategic ethos, being responsible for driving growth of the practice client base through marketing and website content as well as social media platforms like Facebook and Petsapp. They will also negotiate deals with suppliers whilst ensuring the practice vision is being met at all times.
The role requires someone who works well within what is a close-knit team. They will be approachable, proactive, open and honest and will seek to drive innovation and lead by example.
The role will be based on a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday, and holiday will be 4 weeks plus bank holidays.
They are offering a competitive salary of between £25,000 and £33,000, dependent on experience, plus a great benefits package, which includes:
