My client is a well-established and successful independent veterinary practice located in East Hampshire. They take pride in their progressive and ethical approach, aiming to provide friendly and personal service while making a positive impact on the local community.
Due to continued growth, they now have an exciting opportunity for a Reception Manager to lead their client care team.
The ideal Reception Manager will be proactive, highly organised, and passionate about client care. They should have a strong ethic for teamwork, an environmental ethos, and experience in managing or leading a team. While previous veterinary experience is advantageous, a passion for customer service and experience in a customer-facing role, such as hospitality, is essential.
This is a full-time position with a salary of approximately £30K per annum, depending on experience. The role will be Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings (9-12). The practice also offers a generous benefits package.
