Veterinary Surgeon – Independent Practice – Basingstoke, Hampshire

£50,000–£80,000 | 4-Day Week | 6 Weeks Holiday | No OOH

We’re looking for a confident, compassionate Veterinary Surgeon with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join our growing team in beautiful Newbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an independent practice that values clinical freedom, team wellbeing, and a supportive working environment.

What’s On Offer:

  • 4-day working week (Open to part time working also) 

  • 1 in 2 Saturday mornings

  • No OOH or Sundays

  • Salary £50,000–£80,000 (commensurate with experience)

  • 6 weeks annual leave

  • Opportunities to work alongside visiting specialists (ophthalmology, soft tissue, ortho)
